Booking a Lesson

The very best introduction to the Alexander Technique is a one-to-one lesson. If you would like to arrange an appointment please contact me either by telephone, email, or click on the "Ask" button above.

I teach from my home in Crouch End, N4 - a short distance from Finsbury Park underground station (Piccadilly/Victoria lines).

Lessons are 40 minutes in length. The first consultation lesson will be slightly longer to allow for a discussion of your individual requirements.
